5 ways to Feel Prepared, Rewarded and Supported in your Spring Yoga Practice in St Neots
Welcome in the energy of Spring, a season of renewal, movement and fresh starts.
Whether you're beginning your yoga journey or returning to your mat after a break, now is the perfect time to reconnect with yourself and your wellbeing.
In this post, you'll discover five ways our yoga classes in St Neots support you, physically, mentally and energetically, including a brand-new Wellness Points system designed to reward your commitment to self-care.
1. A Grounded Approach to Yoga That Meets You Where You Are
We do yoga a little differently here.
My teaching is guided by a trauma-informed approach, meaning every class is delivered with care, choice, and respect for your individual experience.
You’ll never be pressured into a shape, touched without consent, or expected to “keep up.”
Whether you're managing stress, navigating anxiety, or simply looking for space to breathe, this is your time.
You're always encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that supports how you feel—on the mat, and in life.
2. Earn Wellness Points Every Time You Show Up
Introducing Wellness Points—a feel-good way to celebrate your consistency and commitment.
Here’s how it works:
Attend a class = 10 points
Book a full block = 20 bonus points
Refer a friend (that books) = 30 points
Leave a Google or Facebook review = 30 points
Attend a workshop = 20 points
Tag/share us on social = 10 points/month
Rewards include:
50 points = £5 off your next class or block
100 points = 1 free class
200 points = £10 off a block or workshop
500 points = a free Angelic Reiki Healing
There’s no sign-up required—I’ll track your points and notify you when you’re close to a reward!
Wellness points are more than just rewards.
Wellness Points aren’t just about freebies, they’re about celebrating your commitment to yourself.
Every time you show up, whether that’s for a class, a review, or encouraging someone else to try yoga, you’re investing in your own wellbeing and helping to grow a supportive community.
The points system is built to motivate without pressure. It’s not a competition or a checklist—it’s a reminder that even the smallest steps on your journey matter.
Whether you're building consistency or showing up after a tough week, Wellness Points help you see and feel the value of your practice over time.
3. Know What to Bring, Wear, and Expect
First time or haven’t practiced in a while? Here’s what you need to know:
Bring a yoga mat (I have a few spares if needed)
Wear breathable layers that allow you to move and relax comfortably
Bring water to stay hydrated
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and find your space
Expect a warm welcome, gentle guidance, and an inclusive atmosphere
Classes are suitable for those with basic mobility (able to get up and down from the floor, and bear weight on hands and knees). If this doesn't feel like the right fit, I also offer 1:1 yoga and Angelic Reiki sessions designed for personalised support.

5. A Safe Space for Teens and Adults Alike
In addition to adult group sessions, I’m also a qualified Teen Yoga for Mental Health teacher.
These sessions are crafted with care to support emotional regulation, self-esteem, and body awareness in young people and will be coming to the timetable soon.
Whether you're navigating burnout, anxiety, a busy mind, or simply seeking more calm in your week—this space is here to support your whole self.
Let’s Find Our Harmony Together
I know how much courage it can take to try something new—or to return to something after a time away.
My role isn’t to “fix” or push you, but to hold space, guide you gently and offer practices that support your whole self.
If you’re looking for a practice that respects your boundaries, encourages self-awareness, and grows alongside you—you’ve found the right place.
When you’re ready, I’ll be here.
